Our mild curry mutton meal is served with authentic tender pieces of goat meat, slowly cooked in our home-made curry sauce. Infused with our original home-made spices blended and simmered with fresh vegetables on a bed of rice and peas with seasonal vegetables.

A truly esteemed favourite across the islands, our oxtail is prepared in the proud tradition of our forefathers, well braised in the timeless Dutch Pot, allowing every spice and herb to deepen and mature. Ackee & Saltfish Meal:
Jamaica’s National Dish – Ackee and Saltfish. Golden ackee fruit paired with salted cod, gently sautéed with traditional home-made aromatic seasonings with fresh greens. Served on a bed of fluffy white rice.
Escovitch Fish Meal:
Jamaican Escovitch Fish is a classic island dish featuring fried fish topped with a vibrant medley of onions, carrots, pimento, tomatoes, and green and red peppers with scotch bonnet peppers. These vegetables are soaked in a tangy vinaigrette sauce and generously spread over the fish, infusing it with bold Caribbean flavours. The dish is served on a bed of fluffy white rice, making it a perfect balance of spice, zest, and comfort.
