All meals are sealed for convenience and freshness. The lid is designed to vent automatically during heating, so no piercing is required.
It's simple, freeze it, heat it, eat it.
Most meals go from freezer to fork in as little as up to 10 minutes. Full heating instructions are included with your order.
The tray must not be placed in the oven or an air fryer. We recommend removing the food from the tray and reheating it using conventional methods.
Our specially designed lids make preparation quick and effortless, there’s no need to pierce or remove the lid before heating.

After placing your order, your meals are freshly prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. They’re sent via tracked overnight delivery, giving you full visibility of your delivery time.
Yes. All meals are packed in premium insulated packaging with 100% natural fibre insulation and arrive at your door frozen and ready to go straight into your freezer.
We sell authentic, homemade Caribbean meals covering a wide range, from meat dishes like oxtail and jerk chicken to curry meals, fish, vegetarian options, soups, rice and side dishes (Rice 'n' Nice), cakes, ice cream, porridge, and homemade juices and hot sauces. Everything is freshly cooked and frozen to lock in flavour.
