Packaging & Safety

We use highly insulated boxes to maintain food temperature and hygiene during transit, in line with food-safety best practices.

All packaging is sustainable to reduce our environmental footprint.

Our food trays are recyclable and also reusable.
Delivery

Order before noon for next-day delivery.

If you order after noon, your delivery will arrive 48 hours later but only be in transit for 24 hours.

We use food-grade, insulated packaging to keep meals at safe temperatures during transit meeting regulatory guidance for transporting perishable foods. We select materials designed to maintain temperature control.
