The meals are frozen so all the flavour and nutrients are locked in and you can enjoy them at your leisure. It's all home made and the quality let's you know with every mouthful. It's both convenient as an order in and genuinely whole as far as the ingredients go, so you get the best of both. Not at all ultra processed.
